PRICE AND TARIFFS
All prices on the web site are quoted in Euro unless otherwise stated and are subject to change at any time. All offers are subject to availability. HotelsInSofia.com will not be held responsible for policies, terms and conditions, cancellation or other policies, warranties or guarantees of third parties. We therefore strongly suggest that you carefully check relevant third party documentation. Where applicable, we have converted the selling price from another currency. The prices are inclusive of VAT, service and all local and government taxes. In the case of Hotels, breakfast is included in the price.
Please note: Any extra services which are not mentioned on this website, are not included in the price. For example, use of Hotel telephones, mini-bars and other Hotel services, or extra beverages taken at a restaurant or on a tour.
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
When booking a hotel room through HotelsInSofia.com, payment of the total amount is required by credit card. To validate a booking our reservation system will withdraw 10 per cent of the total amount of the booking at the time of reservation. This sum is a non-refundable deposit. The rest will be withdrawn automatically when the service is received.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
The minimum notice period allowed for cancellation of your booking is four (4) days. In case you cancel more than 4 days before arrival, you will not incur any further charges besides the initial 10% non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel a booking less than four (4) days prior to your arrival, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night stay for all people in your reservation, and the 10% non-refundable deposit. In this event you waive any rights to compensation from HotelsinSofia.com, and accept full responsibility for any cancellation fee.
The above mentioned cancellation fees are not applicable for Group Bookings.
CANCELLATION BY US
We always do our best to provide you with all the services we have confirmed to you at the time of your booking. However, we work in partnership with our suppliers - independent hotels and travel agencies and are not impervious to misunderstandings. In view of that we reserve the right to make changes caused by circumstances beyond our control. Very rarely it is plausible that a hotel or other supplier would cancel an existing reservation for accommodation / service (due to urgent / unforeseen repair work). If this happens before or upon arrival at the hotel, we will make everything possible to find to provide accommodation of at least the same standard in the same area. If only accommodation of lower standard is available, we will refund the price difference between the hotel booked and the available hotel, plus compensation in the form of extra services (meal and / or additional excursions).
AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Booking through our website, you state that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by you and those using your login information.
PRIVACY

b) The Reservation: HotelsinSofia.com acts as an intermediary between you and the ultimate supplier of services and as such cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from any action of third parties e.g. the Hotels. HotelsinSofia.com and/or their agents will not be held responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by the late arrivals or departures, change of schedule, strikes or any other conditions, nor will they be held responsible for any loss or damage to baggage or any of the clients' belongings. However HotelsinSofia.com shall use its best endeavors to ensure you have a pleasant stay in the Republic of Bulgaria.
c) Hotel Descriptions: The Hotel Descriptions in the HotelsinSofia.com web site are deemed to be correct and accurate at the time of entering this data onto the web site and therefore HotelsinSofia.com cannot be held responsible for any changes in the Hotels services, furnishings or equipment which the guests may identify upon arrival at the accommodation.
INDEMNIFICATION
You shall indemnify HotelsInSofia.com and any third party providers and distributors and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this site.

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of the Republic of Bulgaria without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of Bulgaria in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.
SEVER ABILITY
These terms and conditions shall be deemed sever able. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
HEADINGS
The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are included by convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms and Conditions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
